After the initial 7-day period, refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

- If you experience continuous buffering or freezing issues despite having a stable internet connection and suitable device,
and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription within 3-5 business days.
